Handcrafted works that exist at the intersection of earth and expression. Each piece a meditation — slow, deliberate, alive.

My practice lives in the tension between control and surrender. Working with clay teaches you to listen — to the material, to the moment, to the quiet resistance that becomes form.
Trained in fine arts and drawn to ceramics, I create works that bridge the functional and the meditative. Each vessel, each canvas, carries the mark of its making.

The Practice
Every piece begins with observation — of light, texture, nature, memory. I keep sketchbooks full of gestures and impressions before a single gram of clay is touched.
Whether on the wheel or hand-built, the forming stage is where the dialogue begins. Clay remembers every touch, every hesitation, every decision made or abandoned.
The kiln has the final word. I work with wood ash, raku, and reduction atmospheres — processes that require surrender as much as skill. The fire collaborates.
In painting, I layer transparencies, building depth that shifts with light. The surface is never passive — it holds conversation across time.
"The clay knows things my hands are still learning."
